RIBA Stage 2–3: Design Development

We refine layouts, massing and cores to maximise efficiency and yield. Feasibility reviews test viability before you commit. Planning support focuses on what will pass, what will sell, and what will build.
RIBA Stage 4: Technical Design

Detailed Revit models coordinated with structure and MEP. Regulation-compliant, contractor-ready drawing sets. Practical detailing that simplifies procurement and reduces risk.
RIBA Stage 5: Construction Support

Fast, pragmatic responses to site queries. Model updates that keep all teams aligned. We protect design quality while keeping the build efficient and deliverable.
